Mrs. Stacy Dustman is currently a third grade teacher at Tucker Elementary School in Rogers Public School District in Lowell, Arkansas. She spent the past seven years as a fifth grade teacher with an emphasis in math and science. Mrrs. Dustman attended her first CGI training five years ago and fell in love with it. She enjoys watching the math come alive with the students and seeing all the possibilities that one problem contains. Mrs. Dustman is a finalist for the 2018 Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.

The students in Mrs. Dustman’s school come from diverse backgrounds with 60% receiving free and reduced lunch. Tucker Elementary has 614 students with 41 % Caucasian and 50% Hispanic or Latino.
